Market and Circulation
Broadside is published most Monday’s throughout both the fall and spring semester. Broadside is George Mason University’s only official student newspaper. Broadside is available to 27,189 students (17,023 undergraduate students and 10,066 graduate students). A unique feature to Broadside is that it is distributed on Fairfax’s Cue Bus system, as well as the Vienna Metro stop, and various locations throughout the City of Fairfax.
Being able to reach such a diverse student base gives advertisers many advantages. George Mason University students spend $11.3 million monthly on food and entertainment. By advertising you allow Broadside to assist you in obtaining some of that money for your own business.
Pre-Printed Inserts
All inserts space must be reserved by the customer by contacting the display
ad department at least one week prior to publication. The cost is $50/100 with
a minimum of 1000 and a maximum of 6000. The advertiser is responsible for the
